Getting Ready in the Morning - What's Your MVP?
Discuss at a more relatable and light-hearted level the idea of what people deem to be "MVP" and how certain circumstances can quickly change this.
Outline/Structure of the Workshop
1. Provide context of Workshop
2. Get participants to consider and call out the tasks they complete in the morning before heading to work if they had an hour to get ready
3. Get the participants to reconsider their tasks if the time was reduced to 30 minutes - separate tasks that are removed
4. Get the participants to reconsider their tasks if the time was reduced to 5 minutes - separate tasks that are removed
5. Reveal the workshop that we have effectively "cut" getting ready tasks to MVP and future iterations
6. Discuss this metaphor in terms of product delivery. Frame this as how do we cut our scope down to MVP and redefine our view of what are needs and wants
