Over the last ten years or so there has been a lot of trial and error figuring out how to break through the cultural barriers, political resistance and technical hurdles that large organisations present. I draw on my wide-ranging background in the defence, life sciences, automation, and financial services to bring clarity to complex, evolving situations, helping people make sense of the challenges, learn how to be successful, and chart their own path forward.
