Getting the balance right between people & process - the 2 sides of the coin.
Getting the balance right between people & process - the 2 sides of the coin. Organizations seem to be seeing one way or the other i.e. the following:
A. Too much focus on the process at the expense of people.
OR
B. Too much focus on the people at the expense of value delivery.
In reference to one of the agile values i.e. "Individuals and interactions over processes and tools", the agile manifesto stated that while there is value in the item on the right, we value the item on the left more but then my talk will give you an insight on how can we strike a balance between both of them by quoting real world examples based on my observations & past experiences.
