Personal Kanban: Improving your life one sticky note at a time
We all have too much to do. We all get overwhelmed. Wouldn't it be great if there were a low-fidelity way to understand ourselves and the things we need to do that could actually help us to de-stress, enjoy our accomplishments, and end each day knowing we did the best we could?
Outline/Structure of the Presentation
This talk will be laid out on a wall in the form of Post-it posters that show multiple versions of personal kanban boards for a variety of purposes.
Intro: What is personal kanban and why I want to give this talk
Walkthrough: We'll go over multiple examples of personal boards that help with a variety of challenges: Kid's chores, Kid's school, Home projects, and day-to-day work. I'll also be involving the participants in discussions as we go along.
Q&A Participants will be asked to share either ways they've used kanban in their lives or they can ask for help with challenges they may have.

I did this talk, years ago at LAST Sydney, from there, I evolved it further for a talk in India. Once again, based on feedback from past participants as well as deeper learnings this past year with Jim Benson and Tonianne DiMaria I'll be updating it once again in the hopes of sharing why personal kanban is something that has made my life better year after year and how it can help anyone who wants to feel more productive without the stress.
