The Art of the Team: Driving Behavioral Change

Building a successful team presents many known challenges, but most of them are not technical or related to Agile skills. In the 12th State of Agile Report (2018) the top two challenges to adopting Agile reported were organizational culture and resistance to change. The outcome of any team project is reliant on the behavior or each individual on the team and the way they interact with the other members of the team. This collective behavior determines the productivity and success of the team. Utilizing techniques from one of the world's leading executive coaches, this session will discuss three key areas team behavior:

  • Individual behavior change
  • Understanding the dynamics of the relationships in a team
  • Coaching others to achieve the first two areas

“To help others develop – start with yourself.”
