Kanban predictable patterns
Often management resists the urge to help a team switch to Kanban. You usually hear something like, “but with Scrum you can predict what teams are going to deliver based on the normalized velocity”. In this talk I will demonstrate how to set up a Kanban so that management will be able to predict based on the type of work that enters the system.
