ここではセッションを投稿することができます。さらに、興味のある他人のセッションに投票したりコメントすることでコンテンツ作りに参加することができます。投稿者はコメントを受けてセッション内容をより良いものにすることができます。
みなさまの積極的な参加をお待ちしております！

■セッション公募の流れ
下記のスケジュールに沿って、セッションを公募します。

1. セッション公募とLike投票締め切り: 2023/10/14 17:00
2. セッション決定と登壇者へのご連絡: 2023/10/28

落選の方にはチケットを確保しておりません。参加希望の方は一般チケットをご購入ください（9/1以降販売）
登壇決定された方には購入したチケットを払い戻しいたします。

■セッションSpeakerになりたい方へ
下記の要領に従って、セッションの内容を登録してください。登録が終わった時点から投票の対象となります。

1. まずは、confengineユーザーの登録
2. この文書の上にある“ADD PROPOSAL"をクリック
3. 画面に従い、セッションの題名、内容を入力
4. セッション内容に合ったカテゴリ、聴衆のレベル、講演時間を選択し、投稿！

なお、スピーカー向けチケットの発行は1セッションにつき1枚とさせていただきます。複数名登壇の場合、2人目以降はチケットをご購入くださいますようお願いいたします。

カテゴリについて

カテゴリとは、セッションの内容を分類したものです。セッションの決定にあたっては、カテゴリの種類ごとにバランスを調整する場合がありますので宜しくお願い致します。
カテゴリの種類は以下のとおりです。

• How to Begin Scrum：はじめの一歩
• Learn and Grow by Team：チームの学びと成長
• ScrumMaster and Coaches：スクラムマスターとコーチ
• Product Ownership and Business：プロダクトオーナーシップと商売
• Technical Practices：技術プラクティス
• Agile Testing and Quality：アジャイルテスティングと品質
• Agile Leadership：アジャイルリーダーシップ
• Large Scale Agile：大規模アジャイル
• Thoughts and Experiments：新しい提案や実験
• Nurturing Communities：コミュニティを育てる

【ご注意】登録時に講演時間を設定ください。Presentation Typeごとに、"Talk", "Panel"は20分セッションもしくは45分セッションとなります。また、"Workshop"は45分もしくは100分(15 - 20名の参加者)となります。

■ セッション動画の扱いについて

すべてのセッションはZoomを使って配信され録画が行われます。配信動画は後日YouTubeの実行委員会公式チャンネルにて公開されます。

セッション採択に当たっては、録画と公開について了承される方のみ採用とさせていただきますのでご了承ください。

This is a session proposal submission form for Regional Scrum Gathering Tokyo 2024( #RSGT2024 ).

The Regional Scrum Gathering Tokyo is one of the biggest conferences focusing on Scrum and Agile in Japan. It will run for three days from January 10th to12th.

Please share your experience at your workplaces or any ideas related to Scrum. We accept talks, workshops, discussion panel ideas, but we also welcome your ideas. All submissions will be posted here, reviewed and discussed by community. Though Japanese is the official language of the conference, we welcome submissions in English. All of the accepted sessions in English will be translated into Japanese simultaneously by professional interpreters.

Here you can submit ideas, vote on existing ideas, or add comments.

To submit your session, please click the "ADD PROPOSAL" at the top of this article. You will then be asked to add a title and choose a category for the new idea. Categories are like these :

• Large Scale Agile
• Thoughts and Experiments
• Nurturing Communities

PLEASE NOTE: "Talk", "Panel" sessions should be in a 20 or 45-minutes time slot including time for questions. "Workshop" sessions should be in a 45 or 100-minutes(15 - 20 participants) time slot. Please provide duration of your session.

You will also have the option to add tags to the idea. To vote on an idea, simply click the heart mark to the left of the idea title. And to add a comment, click the comments icon to the right of the idea title.

Submission and discussion deadline is October 14th 5pm. Each person can submit multiple proposals. Organizing committee will send you an acceptance or a reject notice by October 28th. Accepted session will be assigned one speaker ticket. Co-speakers may need to buy their tickets.

The selection of proposals is carried out by the executive committee, considering the balance of the track composition. The "Likes" from those who plan to participate or wish to speak are also a major consideration. Along with submitting your proposal, we would appreciate your cooperation in "Liking" the sessions you want to hear. About session videos

All the sessions at the conference will be streamed and recorded via Zoom. Those videos will be uploaded and be available later on our official YouTube channel. Here is the list of videos at previous RSGT2023. You can check how the session will be recorded and published. Please note that only those who agree to the recording and publication will be finally accepted.
