50 Shades of retrospective - Your guide to continuous improvement
An interactive exploration of my top tips, strategums, flim flams, agile hacks and otherwise for enabling continuous improvement. Choose your own adventure and influence which direction the session goes in. This session could be delivered 50 times and each time would be different.
Outline/Structure of the Presentation
An interactive workshop where the audience in choose your own adventure style gets to influence the direction of the workshop based on what the audience is most keen to learn about.
Intro - 5-10mins - We'll establish what people currently understand about retrospectives before enabling the audience to choose where they'd like to focus first - The Foundations, Facilitation, Formats or Finishing Up'
Main event - With the priority determined, we'll then explore a range of options that people have at their disposal for continuous improvement, it is highly interactive, people will be engaged frequently using Miro, asked to share their thoughts, experiences and techniques, alongside learning from me.
There isn't a defined 'question' portion of the session as interactivity is built in throughout
