Kanban is often full of mystique for organizations. It is often talked about, frequently misunderstood, and usually incorrectly applied. The industry is rife with a lack of understand of the relevance, abilities and possibilities of the Kanban Method. This session will discuss how Kanban is becoming increasingly significant to software services as well as product organizations. We will then examine some of the common myths and misconceptions associated with Kanban and evaluate if they stand merit against the facts.
