    I like these aspects of the submission, and they should be retained:

    • Nurturing Agility
    • Success & Failure Patterns of Agility
    • Nurturing high performing self-organised agile team

    I think the submission could be improved by:

    • Insights from Practical Experiences of success and failure in the roadway towards Nurturing Agility in Teams and achieving high performing teams
    • If possible please include a video clip of any of your earlier presentations
    • Mindmap or slides with little more details on the talk will be helpful

      Hello Javid - Thanks for reviewing my proposal and for sharing your valuable feedback. I have updated my talk synopsis deck with some more thoughts and based on the feedback.

      Unfortunately I don't have any of my presentation videos recorded till date, will try to do so but unable to provide anything as of now.

      if complete deck has to be shared, its WIP and should be ready by 1st/2nd week of August - Let me know.

      Review and share if you have any other comments on my proposal.
