As coaches, our focus on any Agile transformation is limited to measuring IT Output (e.g. Velocity, Defects, Lead Time, Cycle Time etc.)

However the real value from Agility an organization can reap benefits are whether Agile has really harvested Business Outcomes or not. In my talk, I will talk about how to move from a focus on IT Output to Business Outcomes

    Hi Ashutosh,

    I like these aspects of the submission, and they should be retained:

    • Moving from focus on IT Output to Business Outcomes

    I think the submission could be improved by:

    • Insights from practical experiences in changing the mindset of IT departments to measure with outcome based metrics.
    • Relating to experiences from real time will be a good take away for the participants.

      Thanks for the valuable feedback. Since I have worked on this, I can include a case study for a transformation where we did this. However this would require an approval from my organization and once I receive it, I will add the same to the content.
