    I think the submission could be improved by:

    • Topic is good. But the proposal is dealing more with a theoretical aspect
    • Case study is missing, which would have been better if added to the talk.

      Thank you for the review comments. I have presented this topic in couple of local meet-ups. I normally share the concepts and add my real life experiences on each of these steps as well as ask audience to share their experiences around these areas - e.g. value driven portfolio management. another example is what adaptive leadership means to the audience and what gaps do they see in current state vs future state. so overall, it is very interactive discussion around the points mentioned above.
