How Hexagon PPM manages its 180+ Scrum Teams globally

Currently Hexagon PPM has more than 180 Scrum Teams situated in more than 15 countries working on around 40 premium software products for EPCs (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) and Owner Operators. Some of these products are in the market for more than 20 years while some are just few months old. Some products release every 2 years and some have release every two weeks. My presentation will focus briefly on how we transitioned from waterfall to Agile ten years back, but primarily on the steps we are currently taking to build a global agile culture supported by robust processes. I will also talk about how we are building a Center of Process Excellence to take our processes to the next level (DevOps, etc) and have institutionalized coaching across the organization to build and empower self-organized teams (literally!).
