I like these aspects of the submission, and they should be retained:

    • Relevant topic in the world where Org Leaders need direction and help
    • Also will help team members understand what to expect from the leader

I think the submission could be improved by:

    • Can you cover the traditional Manager (PM, Test, etc)?
    • Lets have coverage of specific things the GREAT leaders should and should not do

      Thanks Rajiv for your comments.

      • Can you cover the traditional Manager (PM, Test, etc)?
        • The talk is about what every leader should do irrespective of their title. So, yes, this is covered indirectly and I while talking about orientation, I will take example of PM, Test so that it is given appropriate weight. .
      • Lets have coverage of specific things the GREAT leaders should and should not do
        • I have uploaded draft presentation which talks about detail of G.R.E.A.T. leadership orientation. I will focus more on what leaders should do. Also, I feel 45 minutes are not enough to cover what leaders should not do. If there is a specific question, will cover that as well.
