Prerequisites for Attendees

This session is not intended for folks completely new to Agile or who are struggling personally with the notion that people need to "opt-in" for deep and meaningful change to take place. This session will not seek to convince participants that self-organizing teams and individuals are possible and instead will focus on development of coaching skills and practices to help these teams and individuals grow the skills necessary for change.
