What do you mean, you're going to reset my password?

This presentation, tells the story of a team which was able to achieve make a significant organisation wide change to the way our systems and services worked. This change required brave leadership, a significant education and training effort and a lot of very tricky conversations. We were ultimately successful, despite a couple of very scary moments. Unsurprisingly, we have learned a great deal about making this level of change and would like to take the opportunity to share some of what we learned.
