Ensuring Continuous Improvement Across Multiple Development Teams
As I led the implementation of Agile at USGS's National Geospatial Technical Operations Center (NGTOC), it was necessary to share across all of the development teams what they were learning and improving in their method of work. Setting up a venue for sharing between all developers and all scrum masters allowed for them to compare and contrast, learn, and continuously improve. The event became a critical component of our effort to implement Agile in this government office.
