The Path to Becoming a Catalyst Leader
Developing great leadership, like any other skill, requires deliberate practice and continuing actionable feedback. Leaders progress through stages of development: from being experts (tacticians), to achievers (strategists), to visionaries (catalysts). We will explore the mindset and behaviors at each of these levels of leadership, and present a practical framework for practicing and developing your personal leadership skills toward becoming a Catalyst and Visionary leader. Participants will leave this session with a personalized action plan and a powerful framework for continued growth in leadership skills, whether they are Managers, Coaches, Scrum Masters, or individual change agents of any kind.
