Organizational Transformation is all about changing and evolving the “way we work”

Individuals bring along their “way of work” that slowly translates into the way teams work and creates an organizational culture based on their collective “mindset”.

This way of work, translates into a “habit”. And more often than not, we come across individuals and teams that are ”set” into this habit. They show resistance to change this habit.

Even if the change required impacts the jobs and careers of individuals, sustainability of teams and organization success, they still resist the change - albeit unknowingly.

They have the right intent and are motivated. They my also know the technicalities of “how to”, have the skills and knowledge, but the ability to change remains elusive - just beyond the grasp, and more often, conflicting…

They are “immune to change”
