There is this buzzword “Agile” everywhere in almost all industry not just the IT industry. Every corner of a company is trying to adopt Agile. Every company or team wants to embrace Agile and deliver value to their customers. However, the big question
that remains unanswered is how truly these organizations or teams understand the core values and principles of Agile (Agile Manifesto in short)
As we are aware “responding to change over following a plan” is one of the core values in the manifesto. How do we embrace change?
In this talk, the speaker will give some practical tips/tricks/techniques to develop agility at personal or individual level and embrace change. In turn, these practices will the help individual to evolve and become better. Then he/she can easily carry some of the patterns or habits in to his/her professional life and strive for professional agility as well. In short, what started as personal level agility or transformation can eventually be scaled in another dimensions of his/her life.
From the organizational point of view, it can be visualized as follows;
Individual agility -> Team agility -> Departmental agility -> Organizational/Business agility
