I’ve always been passionate about people, learning and technology. As a superconnector, I love to meet with people and here their stories…this spawns my extreme enjoyment when building communities of practice for people to gather and do just that - tell stories, solve problems and of course learn! My startup was based on the premise of social learning.

I am big on teaching others, in any capacity, and sharing knowledge and experiences to help them grow. I love to solve problems and to help others be successful. I get a TREMENDOUS amount of energy when the focus is around combining people, tech and learning. 

As a polymath, I do not “fit” into a bucket. The dynamics of knowledge + experience in multiple domains provides me with a unique perspective on problem solving and an innate ability to simplify complex situations. I’ve been a leader, served others, driven large programs, built communities of practice, been a teacher, a student and an entrepreneur.

In the end, I thrive when I am driving purposeful programs or projects. They are typically large, transformational endeavours and highly strategic. These programs are like an adventure because I get to drive and experience so much cultural change; it’s exhilarating.
