This talk will be a sort of my research work and based upon my observations and is exploratory in nature. Based upon the facts and evidences taken from various dimensions of life, This talk tries connecting dots from different walks of life and provide an overview of the big agile picture and determine its relevancy into one’s day to day personal and professional activities. First, this Talk strive to understand how human race have been able to scramble our ways to the present age holding the torch of Agile. In this journey this Talk provide glimpses and insights from Vedas, other ancient and modern texts, Various Martial Arts forms, various world happenings and try to visualize Agile Ecosystem as big picture moving in its entirety.

In a nutshell, this talk proves that Agile is everywhere in this existence. This will walk us through various real world example demonstrating how atomic scale to cosmic scale, this universe is operating on agile values and principles and how we are an integral part of this gigantic cosmic machine. This talk trains light on the fact that our fitment as human being to this cosmic machine determines the fate of humanity i.e how degree of alignment of our biological processes / way of thinking and working , and synchronization with the cycles and processes of this Solar system and galaxy determines the fate of human race as a whole. Agile values and principles forms the basis of this creation and by design into all living and non-living beings and all of the creation is Agile.

There are many examples of the Divine Proportion found throughout the design of the universe and everything in it, For Example , even our index finger shows Phi and Fibonacci series.

Each section of your index finger, from the tip to the base of the wrist, is larger than the preceding one by about the Fibonacci ratio of 1.618, also fitting the Fibonacci numbers 2, 3, 5 and 8. By this scale, your fingernail is 1 unit in length.

Curiously enough, you also have 2 hands, each with 5 digits, and your 8 fingers are each comprised of 3 sections. All Fibonacci numbers!

Fibonacci series is also evident in Spirals , may it be Spiral of Sea shell or our Spiral Galaxy.

This paper proposes a logical theory which implies that for the human race to sustain for thousands of years there must be some core agile values & principles lying in the root of mindset & school of thoughts of mankind as a whole. It wouldn’t have been possible without these agile values and principles to sustain so long and thrive to greater technological advancements and build Engineering marvels like Pyramids, Taj Mahal, Machu-pichu in Peru , Nazca lines in Peru , Megalithic sites of Puma-Punku in Bolivia, building ancient Cities of Atlanta, Dwarika and Harappa, Or to fight wars of the scale of Mahabharata and Rama-Ravan war in Ramayana that would need Management practices and process control of higher order.
