- Ajay Avinash Solanki has been in the field of software for around 16years. He has worked for various international giants like BACI - Bank Of America, Merrill Lynch, Hewlett Packard and Oracle to name a few. He has done his Masters in Marketing Management and Bachelors Of Electronics from Mumbai University. He was trained in project management practices in Oracle. He is a member of PMI from past 11yrs. - Ajay has been with the Bank for 6yrs. He was introduced to Agile methodology at the Bank where it is used extensively. He was always interested in psychology and has done various courses like NLP, NLP Advance, Gestalt, Tools Of the Spirit under Dick McHugh, the renowned international trainer from USA. Understanding psychology is the basis for team building, performance improvement, coaching and all related fields. His coaching skill were further enhanced by the ‘Agile Coaching’ training by International trainer Lyssa Adkins author of ‘Coaching Agile Teams’ and Michael K Spayd author of ‘Coaching The Agile Enterprise’. Ajay is passionate about Agile and Coaching. He has attended workshops on Agile Innovation games and Agile Leadership. He is currently attending Deep Dive Study Group2 on "Coaching the Agile Enterprise" conducted by Michael Spayd.
- He has been a presenter at the Regional Scrum Gathering India July2014, Hyderabad. He has attended the Agile India Bangalore Mar2014, and Agile India Pune 2013.
- Ajay loves travelling and has travelled extensively in US – CA, NY, NJ, CT, CO, NV, AZ. Europe – UK, Netherlands. APAC – Thailand, Hong Kong, Macau.
- His hobbies are Archery (Gold medal at national level), Martial Arts (Bronze medal at national level) and swimming. He loves spending time with his two children Aryan 9yrs young who has 9 international and national medals in Karate and Arjun 2yrs old whom he is teaching swimming. His wife has been a constant source of inspiration and support.

Agile is based on crossfunctional and self organizing teams. Agile is based on the Plan, Do, Review and Adapt Feedback Loop. Feedback is the basis of Agile. Feedback can be amongst team members, between Scrum master and the team, Product owner and Scrum Master, Stakeholders and Product Owner and various combination of the same. We generally give a deficit based feedback. We point out to the short commings, mistakes, fix blames etc. This is a very emotionally chaged discussion which leads to a lose lose situation and a bad relationship. Contrary to this Giving feedback should be based on strengths. It is a planned approach which has to be rehearsed before hand. The main objective of giving the feedback is to find out solution instead of fixing the blame. Let us learn the techniques by which this can be made possible.
