Alain is director, Operational Support Systems (OSS) at Bell Canada. Prior to that, he was accountable for wireless network delivery and operations for the province of Québec and Eastern Ontario. Alain is a graduate of Université de Sherbrooke in Electrical Engineering (1984) and holds a Diploma in Management from HEC Montréal (1994).
