Psychological safety has been talked about within the Agile community for some time. Many practitioners agree it is the key ingredient to creating a high performing team. Unfortunately, there are not many reliable resources available that help us understand what psychological safety looks like, how to measure it, and how to improve it.
The goal of this talk is to take my deep experience in building psychological safety across many contexts to go beyond theory and get into real-world applications.
