Alyssa Riedl serves as the Director of the Debt Collection Program Management Directorate in the US Department of the Treasury’s Bureau of the Fiscal Service. There she leads two divisions responsible for government-wide receivables management and debt collection policies and DMS’s delinquent debt collection programs, Cross-Serving and the Treasury Offset Program (TOP), for Federal and state agencies. Since 2011, Alyssa’s team has been using Agile software development and cloud computing to deliver better code faster at a lower cost for the TOP system. Alyssa has over 24 years of experience with the Bureau of the Fiscal Service in Federal cash management and debt collection.
