I am a PMP certified professional with 15+ years of rich experience in developing,  managing large scale technology projects,  encompassing onsite & offsite planning, implementation and maintenance of systems for international clients across geographies. 

Presently I am working as an Agile Coach and Consultant, helping projects in their Agile transformation journey from traditional software development methods.  In three years of journey in Agile coach role, I have worked on Practice Maturity-Maturing the agile practice across projects in HCL, Research and new practice introduction ,Coaching and Consulting services - Enable agile readiness assessments for both client and HCL teams and transition client organizations from waterfall to agile. I have trained around 600+  HCLites across US, Eur, and India (De, Ch, Ban, Kol) including but not limited to new joiners, middle mgnt, sr management & Leadership, on various aspect of Agile Project management.  Have mentored them on key soft skill aspects which is like assertive communication, collaboration, feedback and listening skills.  I have been deeply involved in creating Agile Role based training framework within HCL and how it can used in Scaled Agile environment, reviewing and improving the quality of training and knowledge transfer process.

I started my career as Member Technical Staff, working hands on open source technologies like C, C++, LAMP, Java, JNI, Visual Basic, SQL, Sql Server, XML, HTTP protocol and Network programming using C.  Later moved to a Senior BA and Delivery PM profile.  In process I gained exposure of implementing quality standards like ISO, Six Sigma and CMMi. Broadly my key skills can be classified as Strategic planning, Project management, Project delivery, Risk management, Quality assurance, Customer management and satisfaction, Operation management, Resource optimization, Performance management, Recruitment, Training & Development and Knowledge management.
