Maslow's 5 stage model defines the 5 levels of an Individual needs and they all need to be well addressed to forum strong teams. This talk connects the Maslow's model with Patrick lencioni's 5 dysfunctions of Teams to uncover some core attributes of Team Behaviour. The cohesiveness of a team also depends on its members bonding and hence, the need of understanding the basic personality type before applying the common vanilla norming.
