Description                     : Healthways in their health suite uses medical codes which are classified as ICD and Non ICD. The Non ICD codes are up to 15 categories and the total count upto 35 lac records. The current system was last refreshed in 2008 and it was a legal requirement to refresh the code in 3 months of time. The refresh was done in 2 months and we used the scrum model to implement it.

 

Responsibilities

  • Playing the role of an Agile Coach.
  • Provided knowledge in the form of a 1 day work shop to the team and customers.
  • Piloting the Implementation of Agile scrum model in Healthways.
  • Facilitating the release planning, sprint planning, product backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews and sprint retrospectives.
  • Helped teams and customers to understand the essence of scrum and helped them to understand concepts like BVIR, Estimation in SP, the business and IT involvement

Client                                :  Symantec Corporation, USA

Description                     : Symantec Corporation uses a Product “Aprimo”  to cater their marketing needs and HP works with Symantec business to customize the application to Symantec business requirements..  As set of tasks planned for 7 months was successfully delivered in 7 weeks and this resulted in cost of saving of 800k USD for the customer.

 

Responsibilities

  • Playing the role of an Agile Coach.
  • Provided knowledge in the form of a 2 day work shop to the team and customers.
  • Piloting the Implementation of Agile scrum model in Symantec.

As part of this initiative, PSG has built a easy-to-use and cost-effective experience aimed initially at the India market.

 Responsibilities

  • Played the role of a Scrum Master by facilitating estimations, release planning, Sprint planning, Daily standups, srpint reviews and Sprint retrospectives.
