Anne-Maree is heading into her third year at Xero in the AU Facilities team, after spending her last 16 years studying and working in the Australian film and theatre industry. Throughout her time, Anne-Maree was fortunate enough to train with renowned dramaturg and writer, Nico Lathouris, studying and working with actors, technical film professionals, development and research teams as well as undertaking studies into human behaviour through the world of the actor. Finding herself with a greater interest in the relationships between those outside the story world, Anne-Maree has turned her hand to working with humans to develop those soft skills that are so often overlooked but so powerful when used to help create strong relationships, clear communication and cut through the stuff in order to get to the core of the problem.
