A forward thinking, capable and committed testing professional with a proven ability to meet agreed deadlines, co-ordinate work and work to defined testing methodologies within a structured environment. Focused on any task at hand and able to utilize existing test knowledge and experiences to come up with practical solutions and alternatives to testing processes. I have good hands on experience in Analyzing, Designing and Implementation of testing strategies for web based and client/server applications using both manual and automation techniques. Currently working as Test Lead at Bridge Global where I am responsible for providing in-depth technical advice to customers on how to successfully integrate testing approaches and to implement the same with remote or on-site teams.
I consider myself a "hands-on" practitioner and I am an Agile and DevOps listener. I have been an early adopter of Agile, practicing Scrum, Kanban and DevOps since 2010. I was always driven by the concept of "Test-first". I have been following the basic tenets of DevOps even before the word was coined. In an effort to access DevOps from a multifold dimensions of latest technologies, I have been practicing it throughout my projects and is a constant listener to most of the happenings in the web related to these.
I have been also providing career development, team building, coaching, and mentoring of IT & QA professionals. Managing multiple high impact projects simultaneously, I help organizations deliver better software quicker, while making it easier to consume by the end-user. Adding on to my strong, practical expertise in measurably improving the software development lifecycle, I also helps drive the necessary cultural changes required in a company to make this work.
