I am into agile training for the last few years. When I meet professionals, I regularly get questions on ‘What is the role of a product owner?’ and ‘How can I become a Scrum Master?’ In my conversations I also find many misconceptions about the actual roles and responsibilities.

In Software Development, Agile is a way of developing code. It is essentially an unspoken promise of new functions, fixed bugs, automated tests etc delivered in a short period of time.
