I began my Agile journey as a Project Manager turned Scrum Master in 2006. I quickly gained interest in becoming an Agile coach and moved into an Agile Coaching role in 2007. As a coach, I have worked with teams, individuals and leadership on their Agile transformations, both large and small in the commercial and government space. Along with coaching, I trained public and private classes on Agile and Scaling methods. I more recently have begun coaching teams (both product and technical) on Lean Product Discovery methods to introduce cheap, fast, in market experiments into our software delivery process at Capital One. Oh, and I love hot sauce!
