I went to Japan in 2001, studied and lived there for nearly 10 years. After that, I came back to Viet Nam and manage software development projects. Beside that, I also work as instructor, coach in softskills, Agile areas. As board members of Agile VietNam, I am trying to maximize my knowledge and contribute it to others.
Many of my Japanese clients want to use Scrum to develop their projects but they are facing almost the same problems and they don't know how to come over them. This time, I want to share my experiences about that.
