Carlton Galbreath is a positive psychology coach with specialities in sales and customer service. He has worked in and studied sales since the age of 14, selling a myriad of products and services, including financial products, clothes, beer, cars, and software, and working with customers ranging from individual consumers to the largest enterprises in the world. His sales experience comes from a balance of working in call centers and doing in-person, face-to-face sales. Carlton is also a graduate of the MAPP (Master's in Applied Positive Psychology) program at the University of Pennsylvania, where he added a scientific and theoretical backing to the sales experience he already has. Carlton has led numerous trainings on how to help sales representatives be happier and more effective at work. His mission is to help salespeople and customer service representatives achieve wellness and excellence at work and in life.
