I have two decades of international consulting experience and in 2012 founded ENTHEOS Consulting, a Systems based organisational development consultancy which has partnered with large private corporates, public sector, universities and not- for-profit organisations. I am passionate about partnering with leaders, organisations and teams to cultivate more effective, sustainable and inspiring organisations that achieve financial and performance success; and employee personal engagement, fulfilment and wellbeing.

My diverse and extensive career has ranged from operational management to manag- ing “Big 4” consulting engagements across the suite of HR, Organisational Develop- ment and Transformation areas in large complex organisations. My experience also extends to working across multiple industries and geographies including Australia, London, Japan, Greece, Brazil, United Kingdom, The Netherlands and China.

Over the last few years I have channelled my passion and expertise into developing the ENTHEOS Collaborative Systems Thinking® approach as a way to build shared understanding of the dynamics of complex organisational systems and take collective action to operate more effectively. ENTHEOS Collaborative Systems Thinking®, methodology combines the best of Systems Thinking with Collaborative processes and is a powerful intervention for organisations to understand the dynamics of the system they operate in and co-create, identify systemic levers, create actions plans and develop a shared commitment to focus organisational energy, resources and time more effectively and effi- ciently. The ENTHEOS Collaborative Systems Thinking® approach builds capability in Systems Thinking for all involved stakeholders and is a systemic, sustainable and out- comes focused approach.

I am an active member and contributor of The Catalyst Network is a community of high-impact innovative and disruptive individuals who come regularly together to work on deep and complex business and systemic issues, seeking more potent and crea- tive ways to drive change. As an authentic leader and change agent I bring passion, creativity, energy and purpose to my work. I am known for my high level of integrity and her natural ability to connect people and ideas to create value, focusing particularly on new, emerging and innovative thought leadership and ways of working that seek to support individuals and our social systems to thrive in the constantly changing context. I am dedicated to creating strong, enriching and collaborative relationships. I am also a Melbourne University Honorary Fellow collaborating with the University’s Centre for Positive Psychology to develop the emerging field of “Systems Informed Positive Psychology” or “Systems of Wellbeing” This collaboration brings together the wisdom, knowledge and insights from both Positive Psychology and Sys- tems Science, recognising that wellbeing is only sustainable when we understand how deeply interconnected and complex, we and our Systems are, and take a whole Systems approach to thriving.

I am a member of the International Society for the System Sciences.
