I am a change manager turned agile coach with a longstanding interest in digital accessibility and inclusion. I have led a number of government programs and policy initiatives aimed at empowering consumers, community sector volunteers and frontline workers in areas such as energy, education, health and telecommunications.

I am an active member of Telstra's Employee Representative Group, Telstrability, and am always looking to improve my coaching practice to promote better inclusion.

I have presented at Scrum Australia (2020 Lightning Talks), Telstra People Day and Unconference and at CBA's All In Agile 2021 and appeared as a key note speaker at a number of regional energy conferences (even appearing on Broken Hill tv on one occasion!).

I am also an experienced trainer and facilitator. This has included large group facilitation at Telstra as part of the rollout of the Agile Essentials program and training of Telstra Scrum Leads and teams.

The aim of this interactive session will be to challenge participants’ thinking about diversity, accessibility and inclusion and provide some practical tools and approaches to help address barriers and biases and make their teams truly inclusive. While Catherine and Brady have a particular interest in disability inclusion, the approach we will be taking you through will be equally applicable to all types of diverse teams.
Catherine and Brady are both active members of Telstra's Employee Representative Group, Telstrability, as well as having experience as coaches and in the accessibility field.
