Christina Marín is an applied theatre practitioner who co-founded the Meraki Theatre Collective in 2015. She has presented workshops and papers at the annual conferences of the American Alliance for Theatre & Education, the American Educational Research Association, the American Society for Theatre Research, the Association for Theatre in Higher Education, the United States Hispanic Leadership Institute, Agile Games Boston, and Pedagogy and Theatre of the Oppressed. Partners of the theatre collective include Emerson College, Boston Public Schools, the British International School of Boston, and Housing Families, Inc. Marín’s interactive theatre work has also taken her to Colombia, Ecuador, South Africa, Ireland, Singapore, Jamaica, Turkey, and Mexico.
