What if we lived in a world where we had no expectations of one another? While that may seem unrealistic, as human beings, we tend to enter relationships (both business and personal) with a set of expectations. Instead, what if we understood those expectations and were honest with one another regarding them? In this session, we’ll explore some of the pitfalls of unspoken expectations and how we can be more intentional and open. We will cover some of the science of what goes on in the brain when expectations are unmet while also discussing ways to "publish" what we expect of one another.
