I've been helping individuals, teams and organisations navigate their Agile, Lean and Dev(Sec)Ops (CALMS/CALMR) transitions blended with educating, coaching and mentoring on Scrum and Kanban techniques whilst dipping into the various scaling frameworks to help them establish flow and delivery predictability since 2010.

I'm a certified Enterprise Agile Coach (ICP-CAT, ICP-ENT) with familiarity of SAFe (SPC trained), LeSS (Certified LeSS Practitioner) and [email protected] (Certified [email protected] Practitioner) after being trained by Mike Cohn in the usual CSM, CSPO training and taking the PSM training for comparison and practical application within global corporations, which means I've heard from the industry experts (co-creators of those 'bigger picture' solutions) how this could look.
Prior to this, 20 years in Service Delivery.
My role today involves working concurrently with individuals, teams and organisations on their journeys.

As we try to answer the usual question 'when will we get this?' we encounter reality, and along with it the pain.
My presentation is revealing how the various techniques can come together to establish data-driven insight to enable better decisions towards better business outcomes.
Although 'the basics', this insight will naturally lead to more 'how would we do this in these circumstances?' type questions which is why I've left a healthy amount of time to begin to deep-dive into the questions you personally will bring into this conversation.
Naturally, there'll never be enough time to cover everything (Rome wasn't built in a day after all...) but you'll get enough take-aways from this presentation, with mapping into real-life scenarios, to reveal to yourself 'what good looks like' and begin to shape your own and your organisation's personal journey along this thing we call 'Agile'.
