Deanna has 10 years of Organisation Development (OD) experience from design and delivery through to implementation in Culture, Leadership, Performance, Talent, Capability and Diversity & Inclusion. An Agile enthusiast, Deanna joined as a Lead volunteer researcher with the Business Agility Institute to discover if agile organisations were really inclusive. She has gone on to present the findings to audiences around the globe.
In her day job as a Human Resources consultant for shilo.people, Deanna enjoys blending human centred design and agile experience to build innovative solutions. Deanna believes designing for diverse and inclusive teams should be key to any People and Culture strategy for all organisations. Prior to her HR career, Deanna spent several years working in Finance and Technology roles in London, Europe, USA and Chile before returning home to Australia.
