For over 14 years Edwin has used helped organisations re-think how they approach work using agile. He is known as “the grand-daddy” of agile in New Zealand, having paved the way since 2002.
He is the founder of Clarus, a well-known consulting firm that lead agile adoption in NZ, including being one of the first companies in the world to adopt Holacracy. In 2012 Edwin sold Clarus to Assurity Consulting where he is now an integral part of the leadership team and is the General Manager of the Auckland branch.
He is a Professional Scrum Trainer with Scrum.org and was the first person in the world to become a certified Evidence Based Management consultant. He also donates a percentage of his time to NZ schools and universities to help teach the upcoming generations design thinking, agile and computer science.
