Elinor Slomba has nearly twenty years of fundraising, leadership and management experience in the arts world. She has helped cities, including inner-city neighborhoods in Washington, DC, Buffalo, New York, and New Haven, Connecticut, develop their cultural assets and achieve community development goals. In Feb. 2012 she became a Certified Scrum Master, working with creative companies and start-up leaders be more artful and adaptive in their approaches. Her company, E. Slomba Arts Services, delivers storycraft - that is, narrative intelligence - to connect resources with great ideas through planning and facilitation, Agile coaching and communications platforms that build cultures of enthusiasm. The company is an approved service provider to her state’s innovation ecosystem. In 2012 she was an official blogger at the Agile Games Conference in Cambridge, MA, and the World Scrum Gathering in Barcelona.
