I am a person that makes flexibility his main strenght. Starting with a genuine sense of discovery I take the challenges that are presented to me as a possibility to derive value from always different experiences. With my eyes fixed on the future, I do so that others can continuously evolve. This, on a professional level, declines in the ability to transfer a new way of working that allows to succeed in an environment of ever increasing complexity, combining two goals that for me are closely connected: be effective and be satisfied.
My passion and determination led me to work with startups, multinationals, international organizations & nonprofit associations. And I am sure that the best is yet to come!

The technological, economic and social changes of the last decades have led to such a level of global interconnection that the real potential is no longer in individuals or single organizations, but in the rich and complex network of relationships between them. This scenario opens up new fundamental questions for the survival and growth of our organizations.
The discovery and answers to these questions will be guided by understanding what it means today for a company to be part of an ecosystem and how this affects in a non-linear way any flow of value within and outside the organization.
