After a few years as a software developer, Emilie has coordinated projects and worked as a business analyst.
She starts her Agile journey in 2007, when she becomes a Product Owner at VIDAL and contributes to the development of internet applications for healthcare professionals.
She has also been an Agile Coach at Air France - KLM, where she coached teams to transition from Waterfall to Agile (Scrum, Kanban) approaches.
As a Scrum Master at Nature Publishing Group in New York, she’s currently accompanying a team to deliver quality applications that bring value and delight their users.
