I am an active agilist in all aspects of my life. My agile journey started over a decade ago when I was officially introduced to Agile and Scrum as a Web Developer. Through the years I have been in multiple roles, whether on a Scrum team, as a leader and now as a coach. My path to coach continues to expand as I continue to challenge myself. Through my agile years, I have been lucky to have worked with and trained with some of the leading agilists in our community. In 2017, I earned my ICAgile Certified Expert in Agile Coaching (ICE-AC). I have been able to bring my training and experiences back to my organization as well as my personal life. Through this experience, I truly discovered my passion for coaching and being with others. In 2018, I completed 104 hours of International Coach Federation (ICF) Co-Active Coach training and have begun the 6 month Certification process to becoming a CPCC.
I have a belief that we all have greatness and uncovering that greatness in myself and others is my passion. Through my journey as a coach, I have modified my own behaviours, changed how I parent my 2 young daughters and continue to build the relationships that surround me.
I currently reside in Centennial, Colorado with my husband and 2 daughters.
