Gea Peper wants to live in a world where happiness at work is the rule and not the exception. Where people go to work on Monday morning with a smile on their face.
She has more than 25 years of experience and worked as an international change management consultant for Accenture and Deloitte with clients like Shell, Barclaycard, ABN AMRO, Delta Lloyd and ING. She also worked in HR for the Dutch Central Bank and the Central Bank of Curaçao and Saint Maarten. In 2015, Gea founded her own company the HappinessBureau that supports organizations to become (more) successful by increasing their employee’s happiness.
On 23 March 2016, she organized the 1st 'Happy People - Better Business' event in The Hague starring several (inter)national experts on happiness@work.
She regularly writes articles on happiness at work for EFM magazine, M&C Quarterly, HR&Business magazine and HR&Overheid magazine, conducts workshops and presentations and is also a guest lecturer at the The Hague University of Applied Sciences.
