I have worked in software for over 15 years, in various roles like Developer, Tech Lead and Senior Project Manager in the past in Asia, North America and Europe. I currently live and work in the UK as an Agile Practitioner.

I was introduced to Agile and Scrum at a conference in 2011 which has been a turning point in my career. I became a Certified Scrum Master and a registered Change Management Practitioner as I wanted a deeper understanding of change at an individual, team and organisational level.

In my first role as Scrum Master, I received a "Made a difference" award nominated by employees at Acumen, London, UK which was quite special. As an Agile Practitioner, I believe that applying the Agile mindset across the organisation and working towards a one-team culture is key to achieving Business Agility

I was recently nominated at The Telegraph on World Values Day (October 2017) for the results I achieved with my initiative called "Infoshare" - a weekly speaking forum I created within the organisation, for bringing teams and departments together to remove silos. This has been a big step towards our one-team culture.
