Greg’s passion is helping teams succeed using Agile methods.
Greg worked as a Software Engineer and was trained as a Scrum Master in 2002-2003 at Siemens, during the early successful enterprise adoption of Scrum/XP. Greg moved to ING DIRECT where he was involved in the Agile journey as a Scrum Master and then with the integration of Capital One. Since joining Capital One, Greg continues to practice and refine his skills as a Scrum Master and Agile Coach for collocated and distributed teams. He has also played the role of Release Train Engineer of one of the bank’s largest integrated programs. Greg is active in the Agile Coaching Community at Capital One and is one of the coordinators for Agile Philly.
When not at work, Greg enjoys spending his time with his wife and newborn son, reading, and keeping active.
