Mr. Hamilton is a Rational Technical Specialist with IBM that has over 6 years of experience working with Department of Defense (DoD) programs in the development of DoDAF models to support program acquisition. He offers expertise in utilizing tools to expedite and automate systems engineering processes and has worked alongside software developers for IBM to refine modeling tools to best support DoD programs. He has demonstrated the ability to capture data requirements in support of accurate and analytical systems development. He was the lead architect for the Unmanned Combat Air System-Demonstration (UCAS-D) program, Unmanned Carrier Launch Surveillance and Strike (UCLASS) program, and recently finished and instructed multiple courses on integrated architecture development using Unified Modeling Language (UML) profiles for the Department of the Navy (DON). In 2012 he completed the Federal Enterprise Architecture Certification (FEAC) to refine his skills in architecture development. He has presented concepts at international IBM conferences to include “Getting the Government to Collaborate an IBM Cloud Solution” and “Agile Architecture Management for Government Oversight and Technical Assessment."
