Agile Practice Director

I started as a developer 15 years ago. After some years writing code in Delphi and Java, I was asked to be a Team Supervisor. This helped me learn how to better interact with team mates and identify what was preventing them from doing a good job.
I got a Master Degree in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and started trying to change the organization where I was in. It didn't work. They wanted things to change without really changing anything. Luckily I had been giving some conferences already and was recruited as Practice Director for my current company.
At the moment, I'm very actively working in several transformations worldwide that involve several coaches in different countries.
From the personal perspective, I consider myself a geek. Passionate about personal productivity and how to learn faster and better. I give lectures about personal productivity and learning skills in an MBA in Barcelona. I learnt that it's not about what you know but what and how you can communicate it to the others. That's why I attended Toastmasters for several years. This brought me into my passion of public speaking.
